About Us

Loudoun Aftercare Program is a consortium of churches in Loudoun County, Virginia dedicated to working with those coming out of prison or jail.

Our programs:

• Offer friendship
• Provide a role model
• Assist in the preparation for returning to the community
• Provide assistance in finding needed services

• Offer support in the process of planning for the future

OUR GOAL is to help make a significant change in the quality of the lives of those living in Loudoun County, Virginia.  We are dedicated to helping our brothers and sisters in Christ make a smooth transition back into the community in order to become successful and productive members of the community.
